Ben is an alumnus of best-in-class firms in marketing strategy consulting (Monitor Group) and full-service creative advertising (TBWA\Chiat\Day) with experience in a wide range of industries including consumer products, business services, healthcare / pharmaceuticals, and consumer tech.
Ben holds a B.A. from Northwestern University in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences, and studied abroad at the London School of Economics and spends his free time cooking, surfing, golfing, and going to concerts and LA Clippers games.
Hena comes to QC Strategy with a background in change management and human capital consulting. She has experience in analyzing the holistic employee experience to identify the most salient inflection points for influencing behavior change in service of a company’s overall strategic growth plans.
Hena received a degree in Government and Media Studies from the University of Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her Alaskan Klee Kai, training in Krav Maga, and performing with her improv comedy troupe.
Data science strategist
Travis has advised clients on technology, research, and design strategy in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Previously, he worked as the technical lead on the City of Los Angeles’s Youth Employment Pilot and Director of Research at High Pressure Zone. Before that, he served as a Research Analyst at the Center for Data Innovation as well as a founding Science editor at the Huffington Post.
Travis graduated summa cum laude from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in comparative literature. In his free time, he volunteers with do-gooder technologists as the captain of Hack for LA.
Summer 2017 analyst
Jon is about to enter his third year as an undergraduate at Northwestern University and plans to major in Economics and International Studies. He has been involved in pre-professional entrepreneurship and ad agency groups on campus, and hopes to learn about a diverse array of industries.
Previously, Jon interned at the NYC sustainable travel startup Visit.org, and currently writes travel articles for kimkim. Jon is passionate about global affairs, world cultures, and anything creative.

Lexi is a rising junior at Northwestern University majoring in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences (MMSS), and minoring in design. With an academic background in analytics and an interest in the creative arts, she is passionate about synthesizing ideas from across disciplines to create unique solutions to complex real world problems.
Lexi is originally from China and went to school in Singapore.
