Ben is an alumnus of best-in-class firms in marketing strategy consulting (Monitor Group) and full-service creative advertising (TBWA\Chiat\Day) with experience in a wide range of industries including consumer products, business services, healthcare / pharmaceuticals, and consumer tech.

Ben holds a B.A. from Northwestern University in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences, and studied abroad at the London School of Economics and spends his free time cooking, surfing, golfing, and going to concerts and LA Clippers games.

HENA naghmi
Strategy consultant 

Hena comes to QC Strategy with a background in change management and human capital consulting. She has experience in analyzing the holistic employee experience to identify the most salient inflection points for influencing behavior change in service of a company’s overall strategic growth plans.

Hena received a degree in Government and Media Studies from the University of Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her Alaskan Klee Kai, training in Krav Maga, and performing with her improv comedy troupe.

Patrick Barritt
Junior Consultant

Patrick has a scientific approach to market research and consumer insights, firmly believing that the answers lay within the data. Recently graduating from The University of Southern California with a M.Sc in Applied Psychology, Patrick continually seeks a deeper understanding of the drivers behind consumer behavior and to bridge the gap between psychology and marketing insights.

Previously working as a Projects Intern at an AMA Top 50 market research firm, Patrick joins QC Strategy with a strong quantitative foundation and analytical mind. In his free time Patrick enjoys hiking in Griffith Park, gaming, and studying philosophy.

Joey Sellers
Data science strategist

Joey has deep and diverse experience working with data from a variety of industries including a decade-long tenure at the global investment firm D. E. Shaw & Company and most recently was Sr. Mgr. of Sales Strategy at Edmunds.

He believes quality and efficiency of process are the foundations of strong analysis and lead to the clearest and most impactful insights to drive business.
